Follow all company policies and procedures.
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
Anticipate and address guests' service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
Speak with others using clear and professional language,
Prepare and review written documents accurately and completely.
Answer the phone using appropriate etiquette.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with other employees and departments.
As a sales person develop communication skills in order to attract more possible customers.
Support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
Ensure the quality of services in accordance with the company standards.
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager.
Collecting data of the guest and providing manager and chef with information about regular guests/VIP’s.
Reporting any problems or issues to restaurant manager.
Helping manager in planning new promotions and budget for next year, also helping in doing all paper tasks given by manager or assistant manager.
Training new staff.
Addressing and resolving customer concerns and complaints.
